Free UK Shipping
We offer free shipping to all orders placed to an UK address. To reach all parts of UK, Royal Mail Signed For services will be our primary choice of postage unless otherwise specified and paid by our customers.
All orders are processed the same day and we aim to despatch all orders the next working day. Typical delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
International Orders
We ship internationally to all corners of the world!
We charge a flat postage of £10 to the EU and £20 for the rest of the world. Please be aware import tax and customs charges may incur, and such fees are payable by customers. Depending on the order destination, we use Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DHL or FedEx for deliveries.
Delivery to the EU usually takes 3-7 days, and for the rest of the world that’s 5-12 days.
Return Policy
Change your mind? We accept returns within 7 days from delivery, providing the product is unworn and all original packaging is intact for resell. Return postage in that case is not covered though – I hope you appreciate as a small family-run start-up, we are doing all we can to keep our products best value for you so we do not offer free returns. Please make sure you email us at support@saicheung.com before intiating a return, and use a fully trackable service – since it remains your responsibily until the good is returned to us.
We personally check all products stringently before packaging for despatch, so faults and defects are unlikely – but in case it happens, just email us for your choice of replacement or return, and we will sort it out at no additional charge to you.
